Classic triad of bilateral claudication in the hips,
thighs and buttocks, symmetric atrophy of the lower
extremities, and impotence in men. Suggestive of
aortoiliac occlusion (leading to ischemia). Patients
will have decreased peripheral pulses as well, and
most will need an aortoiliac bypass graft.
