This is a rare, multisystem disorder that generally occurs in males younger than 20 years of age. There is a classic triad of mouth ulcers, genital ulcers, and uveitis. Focal neurological deficits may also be present.

Lab results usually show elevated ESR, and nonspecific changes on biopsy.

Treatment choices include corticosteroids, dapsone, colchicine, azathioprine, cyclosporine, and chlorambucil.
