privacy and will do everything I can to respect the privacy
of my patients and their families. I do not use names or
identifying features of patients and in the event that I
describe certain scenarios, names or characteristics will
be altered or deleted in order to protect confidentiality
and conform to HIPAA guidelines. Any clinical situations I
describe may have taken place at another time or location.
Any real names or photos used here are done with the clear
and expressed permission of the patient and/or parent.
